In an effort to reach our growing home school population, we have combined the best aspects of public schools and learning at home. Enrolled families meet on a predetermined regular basis with an experienced educator who is knowledgeable in setting goals and objectives, suggesting alternatives, recommending resources, and assessing progress. The program is available for students in grades 6 through 12.
High school students work closely with their counselor and depending on the amount of credits earned, have the choice of graduating with either a James A Taylor diploma or a North Mason High School diploma. Instructors work closely with students on-line and supplement all instruction with a variety of off-line assignments. Students progress through coursework only when they have achieved mastery. Credit is granted when students complete and master all on-line and off-line work.
